Implementation plan identify where pockets of excellence already exist to preserve them and use them as examples, while charting a course of action for bringing the rest of your organisation into alignment.
Developing the plan needs to consider how implementation will occur to successfully embed change, retain people through any required change, help them develop the skills and tools they need to be successful, and help leaders lead through change.

Vita Brevis has successfully used a ‘Making Sense of Complex Change’ framework for clients such as Fire and Emergency NZ to baseline and review change before, during and post implementation.
This framework is used in conjunction with people-focused research to understand staff’s experience of change. How people report their feelings toward change helps to identify where an implementation plan is succeeding or failing, and where greater focus in needed to ensure successful outcomes.
